Android Tablets

OK, we have all seen the commericals for Android,Googles operating system or os. The os comes on most new smart phones, and is being updated all the time.Honeycomb 3.0 is just coming out.The problem with most android devices is you pay a small fortune to access the Internet.Monthly fees and long term contracts discourage most people from buying a android device.Guess what you can enjoy most of what is available for free with a Wifi enabled tablet computer. Prices start around $99 and go up to $1000. We have all heard of the kindle,I pad and galaxy tablets.I have posted a few of the lesser known tablets for you to look at,after all it's all in the specifications. It's whats inside that counts.Take a look and see if this is something you might be interested in .Some things to look for when buying are built in Wifi,  preferably 802-11, also if you want a useful touch screen you need  a os of 2.0 or higher, and your device must have it built in. If you want to hook it up to your TV you will need HDMI output,of course for wireless mouse, keyboard and the ability to do many things you will need some usb ports. A built in webcam, mic and speakers if you want to make some videos and make phone calls but is not necessary if you have inputs. The fun and enjoyment of these tablets is endless,They can be your phone,TV, your computer, gaming device, media player or anything you want .They can be customized just for you with 100,000s of apps at the android market place, many of them are free.  Just find a tablet on the slide show on the right and look around, read the reviews and most important have fun. If you want to know what I think is A best buy under $200 just click on the tab at the top of this page. Also If you need a larger tablet click on the slideshow on the right .  Once again ,Thanks for stopping by the website. JC
